A really deep and vibrant colour leads onto a gorgeously zesty, natural, fresh, vivid and ripe nose with lots of bramble, blueberry, black cherry, raspberry, mulberry blackcurrant, all rounded out with some gentle spice.

And on the palate, vibrant, fresh, natural, vivid and zesty are all words that again spring to mind. And the wine has wonderful length – the mouth-watering bramble, cassis and black cherry flavours go on and on.

Food Pairing
Absolutely delicious now and an absolute pleasure to drink on its own - but try it with Chicken Marbella, Tartiflette or a roast chicken stuffed with garlic and rosemary. Bone marrow on toast and jugged hare are other weekly treats that would work well. But feel free to be more adventurous – it’s wonderfully versatile.
