100% Riesling - Single Vineyard
The 2022 Sevenhill Riesling has a beautiful nose dominated by lime (and lemon) zest, with lychee, nectarine and yellow peach. It's very aromatic and very attractive. On the palate, it's quite a full-bodied Riesling with lots of depth and texture. And, again, lime notes dominate giving zest and energy to the generous fruit. A well-structured Riesling that is an absolute pleasure to drink now and over the next ten years.
Perfect with roast chicken or a salmon fillet, but with its body and zest will go well with all sorts of dishes.- Winemaking Notes
