I am done shopping. What now?

Within the site, you should see a cart icon at the top of the page. Clicking on this icon will bring you to the Checkout page, where you can check your items and quantities and then proceed to purchase when you are happy.

When will my items arrive?

Delivery times varies between 4 to 10 business days depending on your address.

Can the courier leave my wine on my porch?

No. At no time can your wine be left unattended and unsigned for by someone 18 years or older.

Why can't I proceed with my order?

Our online store has a minimum of six (6) bottles for shipping. If you cannot proceed to the next stage, check the volume of wines selected in the cart. If you require assistance, please contact us at info@jeanneretwines.com or call (08) 8843 4308.

CLUB FAQs

What wines will be in my shipment?

The wines are hand selected by Ben and the team prior to each shipping quarter. The selections are based on wines we believe are showcasing at their best, or wines we are excited to showcase. All packages will be listed in the pre-shipment newsletter.

Can I choose the wines for my shipment?

The wines are chosen by Ben and the team prior to each shipment. We uphold our promise to send you the best and most exclusive wines we have to offer. You can also always add on any of your favorites!

Which package did I sign up for?

Simply sign in with your email address and password and click on ‘Account’ (Under your Subscription) it will show your package selected.

Can I switch membership packs?

You are able to switch between packages but note that availability is limited and the package contents may change to accommodate adjustments. We process payments the 1st week of the corresponding shipping months, so please switch prior to the shipping month.

What additional wines are available to me?

As a Jeanneret Wine Club member you have access to more wines than what’s currently available at our Cellar Door. If you’re interested in getting some additional bottles for an upcoming dinner party or event please email us at info@jeanneretwines.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs in finding a special drop! Back vintage and barrel stock are limited. 

Can I add more wine to my package?

Absolutely: anytime. You can purchase additional wines from our online store alternative email us at orders@jeanneretwines.com and we’ll add them to your package allocation.

When will the next package be shipped?

The pre-shipment newsletter will be sent out one week before the shipping quarter. The nominated credit card will be charged on the 1st of each shipping quarter (March, June, September and December). All shipping will commence shortly after the 7th of the shipping quarter (March, June, September and December).

Can the courier leave my wine on my porch?

No. At no time can your wine be left unattended and unsigned for by someone 18 years or older.

I will be away during my next shipment, what can I do?

If you will be away during the time of shipping, you can re-route your shipment to an address that will be able to receive it on your behalf. Simply log in and edit shipping details for current shipment.

Can I change the address my wine is shipped to?

If you have moved or would like to permanently change your shipping address, you can do this by logging in to your account and editing shipping address.

When will my credit card be charged?

Credit cards will be processed on the 1st of each shipping quarter (March, June, September and December).
