All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD)
All prices include WET and GST which amount to 41.9% of the wine price.

Security with Credit Cards and payments
We do not store or database any credit card details.

All payments are processed via a 128bit SSL connection to eWay - Australia's leading payment gateway. For further security information on eWay you can visit their website www.eway.com.au

We currently on accept VISA and MASTERCARD transactions via our online store.
AMERICAN EXPRESS transactions are not supported.

Shipping
All purchases will be shipped in 2 to 3 working days. Generally delivery will be within 7 working days of shipping. Freight on all orders within Australia will be AU$12.00. Orders outside of Australia are not currently supported through this website, please contact Jeanneret  directly if you wish to arrange a special order.

Refund Policy
All transactions can be refunded by contacting Jeanneret by email or phone prior to shipping. After shipping all purchases are considered final.

It is Illegal to sell wine to anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order with Jeanneret Wines you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Remember, it is an offence to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years; this includes purchasing the wines as a gift. If in doubt our couriers may request some form of ID with proof of age at the time of delivery.
